In the middle of the Risveden forest area lies the Klevsjöloft outlook nestled in a genuine piece of Swedish wilderness. Standing at just under 200 metres over the sea you can see many kilometres over Risveden and the Klevsjö lakes to the southeast and to Mattbrunn and Lake Skäfthultssjön to the southwest. The Risveden trail comprising some 18 km in all passes by Klevsjöloft and many other beautiful places. The trail starts at the Östad Church and stretches through the Lerum, Ale and Alingsås municipalities.
Risveden has an exciting history, not only for the crofts and smallholdings, but also for the large estates and manor houses in the area. There is much more to read in the link below.
